Finnish design visionary Oiva Toikka's iconic collection of glass birds took flight in 1972. Combining his passion for nature and blown glass art, Toikka's unique details give each bird its own personality. Handcrafted and mouth-blown at the Iittala Glass Factory in Finland, each bird is a truly one of a kind art object. Iittala's relaunch of the original Flycatcher from the 1970's features a nest of small, colorful birds that are all a unique miracle of glass.
